The production, processing and export of our coffee is done in a way that ensures traceability of our single-origin beans. We have a well-organised coffee processing system and all our activities around picking, sorting, processing, transporting and delivering for export are focussed on achieving consistently optimal standards to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Microlot farming

Covering a total area of 1,500 hectares, our farm in Masha is divided into 51 microlots. Traced carefully across the entire production process on the farm, these lots provide an opportunity for differentiate flavours and aromas and selecting premium coffee beans.
